Established in 1930,Koshibun is a shop specializing in everyday dishes, nimame(seasoned beans, tsukudani(food boiled in soy sauce, and tsukemono(Japanese pickles). In Koshibun domestic ingredients are used as much as possible and no artificial additives such as preservatives and colourants are used. Carefully selected seasonings are used, which are natural and non harmful, for example; -We select naturally brewed soy sauce. Making naturally brewed soy sauce is labor intensive and takes monthsto complete the fermentation process. -We use natural sea salt from Hokkaido. -Brown sugar made of beet sugar. The main products in Koshibun are Gomokumame and Rakkasei no nimame. Because we use vacuum packing, our products last up to a month and are ideal for giving as gifts. Assortments of our products can be made up and packaged in attractive box-sets.

【落花生の煮豆】Rakksei-no-Nimame

It has been said that peanuts were planted in Ninomiya for the first time at the beginning of the Meiji period in Japan.
Local beans are used and boiled in a sweet flavour utilizing of its scent.

The Shonan brand authorization sticker “Seilalies” is attached for the products using ingredients from Hadano.
